My passion for Pilates lies in the power of the mat. Mat Pilates is often underestimated, yet it remains one of the most effective ways to build strength, control, and body awareness. By working directly against gravity and using your own body as the primary tool, this practice develops deep muscular support, coordination, and strength. Mat is where Pilates returns to its roots — and where some of the most effective work happens.

I offer a selection of Pilates classes, each thoughtfully designed to support different needs, abilities and goals. Every class, no matter your skill level or experience, focuses on quality of movement, clear guidance and a supportive environment where you can move with confidence.

  • Beginner Pilates

    This class is ideal if you are new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking to build strong foundations. Exercises are fully explained and demonstrated, giving you time to move with confidence and understand how Pilates should feel in your body.

  • Mixed Ability Pilates

    This class is a step up from the beginner’s class and is suitable for those who feel comfortable with movement and are ready for a little challenge, while still being supported throughout. The pace is quicker, with more continuous sequences that focus on building strength, control, and endurance.

  • Private Classes

    Private 1-1 sessions offer a fully personalised approach to Pilates, tailored to your individual goals and needs, allowing time and space for personal guidance and progression. You’ll be able to move at your own pace, ask questions, and receive clear guidance and adjustments throughout.
