Pilates Journey
My beginner’s mat Pilates classes are ideal if you are new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your existing Pilates practice.These sessions are designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident from the very first session.
The pace is slower and the focus is on clear guidance, learning the basics, improving posture and developing core strength and body awareness. Exercises are fully explained and demonstrated, giving you time to move with confidence and understand how Pilates should feel in your body. No previous Pilates experience is needed, and the emphasis is on moving well, safely, and with control.

Take It Steady
My mixed ability classes offer a little more challenge while still keeping the focus on quality movement and support.
The pace is quicker than the beginner’s class, with more continuous sequences designed to build strength, control and endurance. You’ll be guided with options and progressions throughout, allowing you to work at a level that feels right for you each session — turning things up when you have the energy, or choosing a steadier option when you need it. You don’t need to be advanced, but a level of confidence with Pilates or exercise is recommended.

These sessions are ideal if you’re new to Pilates and would like extra guidance, returning after a break, looking for 1-1 strength-focussed Pilates training, or simply interested in a more individual approach. Sessions are relaxed, encouraging, and designed to help you feel stronger, more comfortable and confident in your movement.
